This project's budget has been estimated at 83,000.
Our partner, the Fondazione Cassa di Risparmio Firenze is supporting the following:
■ VENUE AND MANAGEMENT – 50,000 euro
Exhibition personnel, signage, set up, scenery,architect, graphic designer, scientific registrar, panels, display cases, lighting, sworn-guards and venue personnel, set up and management, transport of works from national museums and collections, press conference.
AWA has committed to finding sponsors to sustain 33,000 euro which includes the following:
■ RESTORATION
Diagnostics, cleaning, color consolidation, stucco work, biocide anti-parasite treatment, support restoration, pictorial restoration, varnishing, materials. Frame restorations, including disassembly and remounting. Transport to exhibition venue.
■ VIDEO AND PHOTO DOCUMENTATION
Full-phase photography campaign, documentary-short and video, restoration trailer. Event filming and photography.
■ CATALOG
Honorarium for curators, printing, graphics, editing, photo rights and curation.
■ CULTURAL OUTREACH
Four cultural events at the Associazione Il Palmerino including scholarly lectures by top art historians and guided visits.
